2026 Colorado mountain retreat.

Every morning started with movement.

Some days that was an easy hike through the aspen groves above the river. Other days it was yoga on the lodge deck before the sun cleared the ridge.

We ran two full-body strength sessions, one destination hike, a guided trail run to an alpine lake for those who wanted it, and a horseback ride through the meadows above camp. In between, people paddled the pond, dipped in the creek, or read on a porch.

There was room to slow down.

Free time between activities made room for rest and exploring the property. Evenings brought the group back together for dinner.

We coach people to be strong and capable so they can say yes to things: a long hike, a river, a trail at 9,000 feet. A retreat is four days of saying yes, with the food, the lodging, and the logistics handled so all you have to do is show up.

It's also the part of our work we like most. We moved to Colorado for the mountains, and most of our weekends look a lot like this retreat did. Bringing twenty people into that for a few days, and watching someone who was nervous about the hike on Sunday finish the trail run on Wednesday, is the whole point.
